Cancellation Policy
If something comes up...

If you have to cancel your trip for unexpected reasons, the following cancellation conditions apply:

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your planned arrival.
Up to 7 days before the planned arrival we charge 50% of the accommodation costs.
From the 6th day before the planned arrival we charge 100% of the accommodation costs.
Of course, we strive to keep your cancellation costs as low as possible. We will therefore trying to rent the period you originally booked to someone else.
For this reason, we will only write your invoice on the planned departure date.
Of course, if you cancel, we will waive the costs of the final cleaning and other booked additional services (e.g. breakfast basket, use of the sauna, etc.).
